Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy
- Pricing and Payment: Prices are as stated on the website. Payments are accepted via bank transfer or PayPal.
- Cancellation Policy: Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will be charged in full and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
- Punctuality: The teacher will wait for the student for a maximum of 15 minutes. After this time, the session will be closed.
- 20-Minute Trial Lesson: This is a free, one-time offer for new students. If the student fails to attend without notice, the right to a second free trial is forfeited.
- Expiration: Lesson bundles (if applicable) are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
CONDICIONES DE SERVICIO Y POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN
- Precios y Pago: Los precios son los establecidos en la página web. Los pagos se aceptan mediante transferencia bancaria o PayPal.
- Política de Cancelación: * Los alumnos deben avisar con al menos 24 horas de antelación para cancelar o reprogramar una clase. Las clases canceladas con menos de 24 horas de antelación, o si el alumno no se presenta (no-show), se cobrarán en su totalidad y no podrán ser reembolsadas ni reprogramadas.
- Puntualidad: El profesor esperará al alumno un máximo de 15 minutos. Pasado este tiempo, la sesión se dará por finalizada.
- Clase de Prueba de 20 minutos: Esta es una oferta gratuita de un solo uso para nuevos alumnos. Si el alumno no se presenta sin previo aviso, perderá el derecho a una segunda clase de prueba gratuita.
- Caducidad: Los bonos de clases (si corresponden) tienen una validez de 3 meses a partir de la fecha de compra.
